The District informed SKEA of a new method of FTE calculation and contends that FTE is based only on the number of minutes worked and that teaching more classes or students is not more work. This could result in lower pay for some of our members. We have filed an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) and will begin an additional sequence of bargaining specific to FTE.
