SKEA filed a complaint against the district in February of 2021.
SKEA won the complaint in May of 2022.
SKEA was successful in this case.
This means all impacted employees should be receiving compensation for their incorrectly assigned FTE for the last two years.
Those impacted are at the secondary level, were part-time or sold their prep period, and the District FTE calculation was done incorrectly.
